New resolution... cook one thing a week that is remotely fun and not just basic meat and veg. 

This week I picked, it's the best Poppyseed Chicken on earth. 

Monday | Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms and Spinach served with Broccoli

Tuesday | leftovers

Wednesday | Breakfast - Sausage Gravy, Potatoes O'brien, Eggs, and Biscuits

Thursday | Grilled Chicken, Birdseye Alfredo Veggie Pasta and Green Beans

Friday | Beef Stir-fry

Saturday | Poppyseed Chicken with Rice

Sunday | Slow Cooker Jambalaya (from Omaha Steaks - that I haven't gotten to)

Breakfast | My favorite smoothie. 

Lunch | Trader Joe's Turkey Meatballs, Wild Rice with Kerrygold Butter, and Green Beans

Snacks | Nuts & Cheese/Avocado Pudding/or Banana Smoothie (depends on my macros for the day)

Banana Smoothie:
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 frozen bananas
2 dates
tons of cinnamon
1 tbsp almond butter
