Lighter Corn Dip

It looks like I am back to blogging when I can get my hands on the good computer. I've literally spent the past two days trying to blog, and sadly my photos for this post have been on a computer that I didn't have anywhere near me. So hang with me this semester while I try to blog as much as I like to while Jeremy has the good computer off at school and work all day. 

With all that said, I now have possession of the lap top long enough to share my corn dip recipe from Labor Day.

Ingredients:
2 11oz  Mexicorn
2 cups fat free sour cream
3 chopped green onions
2 cups shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
4oz diced green chilis (optional- I don't always add it)

Directions: 
Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve with corn chips. 

I feel like there was a lot more photo than post. But such is life. This girl rarely gets her hands on the computer these days and I have to take advantage of the 5 minutes I get.
