Pioneer Woman Restaurant Style Salsa.

Cures horrible grad class woes{i.e. teacher who is out of her mind}
[adapted from the Pioneer Woman's recipe]

Ingredients

  • 1 20oz can Whole Tomatoes With Juice
  • 2 10oz cans Rotel 
  • 1/4 of a large onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, seeded and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro (I like a lot, Jeremy likes none)
  • 1/2 whole Lime (juiced)

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a food processor. This makes a large batch, so do it in two batches if necessary. Pulse a few times until you get the consistency you like. Taste with tortilla chips to check salt. Serve with chips.
