Perfect Yeast Rolls

November 25, 2012

This super easy recipe for yeast rolls is a family favorite of ours. I love to make them in my cast-iron skillet so they get crisp on the edges and bottom! Be amazed at the awesomeness and let people think you made them from scratch. We make two huge pans of this every holiday and they never last the entire day.

Perfect Every-time Yeast Rolls
Ingredients:
1 package Bridgeford Easy to Bake Parkerhouse Style Rolls Dough
melted butter
salt
fresh or dried rosemary

Directions:
Place desired number or rolls on a lightly greased pan and allow to thaw in a warm draft free place. Allow dough to rise for 2-3 hours. When thawed out and risen brush tops of rolls with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with salt and chopped rosemary. Bake at 375 for 10-14 minutes.

I like to get these out before church on Sunday and leave them on my stove top, by the time we get home they are ready to go and are the perfect bread for any meal.
