Sunday Lunch and Pumpkin Carving

I'd comsider this rather a late post...this is last weekends fun/lunch.
1lb ground beef
1/2 onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 egg
italian bread crumbs
whorestershire sauce
cajun seasoning
1 clove garlic
salt & pepper
italian seasoning

Mix ingredients together, the amount of bread crumbs will vary so just use however much you think you need. Shape into a loaf and top with bbq sauce. Bake at 375 for about 20-30 mins.

Loaded Mashed Potatoes
1 5lb bag of small red skin potatoes
1/2 sour cream
1/2 cheddar cheese
onion powder
salt & pepper
bacon salt

Boil potatoes until fork tender. Mash and add all other ingredients to taste.

Sunday night we had a few people over to carve pumpkins, here are a few pictures of the carving fun.

Always one to get overly excited about sweets I became unknowingly attacked to the caramel apple wrapper after attempting to suck any left over caramel off of it. Guess that is what I get for being a fatty.
