Tuesday | Breakfast - Making Kodiak Pancakes

Wednesday | Homemade Meatballs with Sunday Sauce and Salad

Thursday | leftovers

Friday | Grilled Round Steak with Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Birds Eye Veggie Pasta

Saturday | Eating out

Sunday | Enchiladas with Chuy's Jalapeno Ranch Dip (enchiladas are filled with cheese, topped with [this] sauce and topped with ground beef as per the husband's liking)

Breakfast | My favorite smoothie. 

Lunch | Low Carb Wraps with turkey, ham, mayo, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and bacon with Kettle Salt & Vinegar Chips

Snacks | turkey sticks & cheese or veggies and ranch
