Meal Planning Monday

A day late and a dollar short.

Considering I have hardly had the brain space to even text people back this weekend it's no wonder this is out a day behind.

In other news, this weekend I'm going to check out doing a full grocery haul at Aldi and see if that saves the money promised.


Monday | Low Carb Tortilla with goat cheese, turkey, Ambrosia apple slices, and spinach with Broccoli Slaw and Strawberries

Tuesday | Trader Joes Turkey Meatballs with Marinara and Sweet Potato Gnocchi

Wednesday | Mississippi Roast, Rice, & Roasted Broccoli (still haven't made it)

Thursday | leftovers

Friday | Breakfast for dinner - eggs, biscuits, breakfast potatoes, bacon, and fruit

Saturday | Eating Out

Sunday | Burgers & Fries

Breakfast | Acai Bowl (cashew milk, acai packet from TJs, berries, Brewer's Yeast, banana, and granola)

Lunch | Meal Prep Bowls with Grilled Chicken Tenders, Cauli Rice with Pesto, and Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Snack - Cheese, Turkey Meat Sticks, or Granola Bar
