Meal Pinning Monday



[What is Meal Pinning Monday?]
MPM is how I meal plan for our little family. I once spent a lot of time searching the web and my recipe books hunting for new recipes and ideas for what to cook every week. Then, Pinterest came along and made meal planning much easier for me. Every weekend I look over what I have pinned the prior week and decide what I would like to cook and make my grocery list from these recipes. MPM came about as a way to share what I am cooking, and to also see what others are cooking every week to hopefully get even more dinner ideas from other bloggers. If you don't pin your recipes feel free to just share what you are cooking. 

Y'all are going to love me this week. Let's just call this "Emily didn't make it to two recipes last week and decided to cook super cheap this week." We are living in week 3 of MPM recipe repeats because a certain someone can't seem to get her act together one day of the week. Just wait, you'll see. 

Monday- Tortilla Soup

Tuesday- Leftovers

Wednesday- Grilled Chicken with Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Thursday- Grilled Chicken with Roasted Broccoli

Friday- Grilled Chicken with Green Beans


Saturday- Grilled Chicken with Fried Cabbage and Stuffing

Sunday- BBQ Pulled Chicken Baked Potatoes with Fried Onions

A few of those meals are just slightly repetitive ..I may or may not prefer roasted veggies to anything else on earth. You could roast any vegetable with salt, pepper, and garlic and I am positive it would taste amazing.
