Tuesday | Sausage, Peppers & Onions, Zucchini, & Goat Cheese Skillet (that's literally all that is in it)

Wednesday | Mississippi Roast with Rice & Roasted Broccoli

Thursday | leftovers

Friday | Garlic Chicken, Green Salad, Green Beans, and Roasted Potatoes

Saturday | eating out

Sunday | Trader Joe's Meal for dinner after church

Lunch - Hawaiian Chicken Macro Bowl
