MP - Whole30 week 3

January 18, 2016

I'm actually pretty surprised at how easy Whole30 is this time around.

When I did my first one postpartum it was a hot mess. I craved everything, especially coffee with all the add-ins. For some reason though, I'm not as phased. I have taken quite a bit of joy out of sniffing fresh bread, but I easily resisted eating it.

I really just need a King Cake or Fresh Bread scented candle in this house.

[What is Meal Pinning Monday?]
MPM is how I meal plan for our little family. I once spent a lot of time searching the web and my recipe books hunting for new recipes and ideas for what to cook every week. Then, Pinterest came along and made meal planning much easier for me. Every weekend I look over what I have pinned the prior week and decide what I would like to cook and make my grocery list from these recipes. MPM came about as a way to share what I am cooking, and to also see what others are cooking every week to hopefully get even more dinner ideas from other bloggers. If you don't pin your recipes feel free to just share what you are cooking.

Monday - Spaghetti Squash Carbonara (I actually swapped out Sunday with today and made it last night, and let me tell you it was so good! I think I preferred it over regular carbonara. The baby even loved it)

Tuesday - Cauliflower Sweet Potato Curry with Chicken

Wednesday - Shakshuka

Thursday - Butter Chicken with Potatoes and Roasted Green Beans

Friday - Leftovers

Saturday - Green Chili Chicken with Patacones

Sunday - Attempting to make a Whole30 Pastalaya, I'll share if it turns out good.
