Meal Pinning Monday

Week 1 of Whole30 is in the books, I'm feeling much better. Even though I woke up with an allergy attack around 3am, my energy levels feel normal. 

Which is good considering how little sleep I got. 

Jeremy on the other hand is out, he can lose weight super easy and isn't trying to lose anymore. Hence he is mainly just clean eating and then eating what I make for dinner. 

As far as how it's effecting my milk supply, I don't think it is. I know that's a concern if you look on the Whole30 forums, but I think mine fluctuates more based on my water intake. Harrison on the other hand is benefiting from the Whole30, his gas hasn't been as bad. He has spent about a week where you could tell it was bothering him and he wasn't a happy camper, but after 5 days of this I have seen the dirty diapers show up easier with less fussing from him. 

But we shall see how it continues.

[What is Meal Pinning Monday?]
MPM is how I meal plan for our little family. I once spent a lot of time searching the web and my recipe books hunting for new recipes and ideas for what to cook every week. Then, Pinterest came along and made meal planning much easier for me. Every weekend I look over what I have pinned the prior week and decide what I would like to cook and make my grocery list from these recipes. MPM came about as a way to share what I am cooking, and to also see what others are cooking every week to hopefully get even more dinner ideas from other bloggers. If you don't pin your recipes feel free to just share what you are cooking.

The noodles recipe is PW so it's going to be modified, just wanted to pin one in case you were wondering how I was making mine.
