Another week, another meal plan. Right?
If you're looking at this and thinking, that's more dairy than usual? Then you're right. My workout VHS, yes VHS, has started to die and I decided to get the Beach Body Country Heat workout. It comes with their meal guide and portion control containers and I thought I'd give it a go this month.
If my gums keep bleeding, I'll be back to mostly Paleo by the end of February. Something about wheat causes my gums to bleed. Granted, my husband won't be crying over the introduction to cheese and tortillas this week.

MPM is how I meal plan for our little family. I once spent a lot of time searching the web and my recipe books hunting for new recipes and ideas for what to cook every week. Then, Pinterest came along and made meal planning much easier for me. Every weekend I look over what I have pinned the prior week and decide what I would like to cook and make my grocery list from these recipes. MPM came about as a way to share what I am cooking, and to also see what others are cooking every week to hopefully get even more dinner ideas from other bloggers. If you don't pin your recipes feel free to just share what you are cooking.
Monday - Puerto Rican Chicken with Plantains, Salad, Mojo Sauce, & Avacado
Tuesday - Enchiladas with Salad & Avocado Ranch
Wednesday - leftovers
Thursday - Paleo Chick-fil-a Nuggets & Fries (a toddler favorite)
Friday - Unstuffed Pepper Skillet

Saturday - Lemon Chicken with Brown Rice & Brussel Sprouts
Sunday - Boneless Wings with Cucumbers, Carrots, & Fries
